Give real estate buyers a reason to be intrigued and create interest. Ignite their curiosity. Tantalize them with words.
Seemingly since time immemorial, people have come to the astute realization that a picture is worth a thousand words. Yet agents are only allowed 800 characters in the public remarks section of the MLS. That is some valuable real estate (pun intended), and it must be utilized to its fullest potential! Photos capture a buyer's attention, but public remarks tell a story.
My name is Erik Lutz and I write exceptionally well. I work with a few select agents crafting literary artwork for their listings. Let's face it - you and your listings are judged not only by your photos but by your descriptions as well. Use this valuable space to tell a story. Give the buyer a reason to be intrigued and create interest. Ignite their curiosity. Tantalize them with a tour de force of words. Your clients will be impressed and the buyers will respond.
We all know—words matter. These depictions reel buyers in and allow them to envision themselves in a home tailor-made/custom-fitted for them. Photos are the "steak" and public remarks are the "sizzle". Are you relying on a worker at a listing/photography/sign-setting service to "craft" your public remarks? Or even coming up with them on your own? Chances are you are a better agent than a creative writer. That's where I can help.
